The ‘new’ enforcment forms, which were introduced as part of the Compulsory Enforcement Forms Ordinance (ZVFV) in 2022, have undergone further adjustments as a result of the ‘Second Ordinance Amending the Compulsory Enforcement Forms Ordinance’ in 2024. An obvious distinguishing feature is that in the current version of the forms, the bars next to the modules in the form document are white instead of grey.
The current version of the enforcment forms can be used from 01/09/2024 and is mandatory from 01/10/2025.
This means that the forms with the grey bars (in the version dated 22/12/2022) may only be used to submit enforcment applications until 30/09/2025. From 01/10/2025, only the new form version with the white bars (in the version dated 01/09/2024) will be permitted.
The latest enforcment forms have been made available in IKAROS with the following versions/patches
- 2022.2 P5 (First version included, but from maintenance, i.e. no more error corrections)
- 2023.1 P3
- 2024.1 P1
- 2025.1
We are currently not planning any more special patches to adapt the enforcment forms.
Please plan to switch to one of these patches/versions (possibly with a corresponding lead time) so that enforcment applications can also be submitted after 01/10/2025.
