Since the latest Firefox update to version 148, problems have been occurring in IKAROS, TRMS, and OMS when uploading files. After selecting a file, the upload dialog freezes and the process is not completed.
Among other things, this affects:
– the upload of files for file import (Excel and XML),
– the upload of attachments in IKAROS-ERV messages,
– assigning documents to existing processes,
– as well as other upload functions.
We currently recommend suspending the Firefox update for the time being or switching to alternative browsers such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
We currently assume that this is a browser error, but we are continuing to analyze the behavior and will provide updates here as soon as we have any news.
