The content provided by Ferber-Software GmbH, such as the IKAROS documentation, training documents, code or other accompanying materials, is protected by copyright.
It is prohibited to enter, upload or process this copyrighted content in whole or in part in AI systems. This applies regardless of whether they are public, fee-based, or locally usable AI applications.
Uploading such content to AI tools usually means that it is transferred to external servers and stored or processed there, at least temporarily. In many cases, it is not transparent what this data is actually used for, for example whether it is used for the further development or training of AI models.
Such use does not constitute authorised use and may in particular include the unauthorised reproduction, storage or further use of the content. Our policy is to protect the intellectual property of Ferber-Software. Our materials contain specialist expertise and independently developed content that should not be allowed to enter AI systems unchecked.
This does not mean that we fundamentally reject AI. On the contrary: We keep a close eye on technological developments and examine the use of AI where it makes sense, is safe and legally permissible. However, this requires clear framework conditions, transparency, and the protection of intellectual property.
